We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on I'm Here Premium. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at support@iamheresafe.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will help you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, and typically take a few business days after approval.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings in the app, through the secure Stripe customer portal. After cancelling, you keep access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not charged again.
